Work experience documents

I have more than 10 years of work experience as a Travailleur autonome (NOC 2175). So, I have had an agreement with one company all this time and still working with them.

As papers I have:
- Company registration document
- Agreements with client every year, Acts of acceptance every month
- Tax report for all periods by request from the Tax department.

My question:
What documents and for what period I should prepare and translate if I will be selected?
