My CRS score was updated on August 1, 2016. and was awarded points for three years of experience. although my three years of experience was to be completed in OCT 23, 2016. my score went from 447 to 472. and the detailed score showed that I have points for three years of experience.

My question is that if I get an ITA on this score before OCT 23, 2016 should i apply? will it be termed as misrepresentation? i have filled out my work experience on my profile honestly. the system awarded me point ? can it be associated to system error?

can anyone please help. ?

You need to meet CRS bothat time of ITA and application. You should let it it go if you get ITA.

If you submit with less than 3 years experience prove, they will then deemed you not entitled for the points for 3 years, and then reject you. You didn't misrepresented at all. You are only misrepresented if you try to fake the 3 year experiences in order to get the points

Unfortunately, it IS a system flaw (not an error, because it is planned that way). But YOU are responsible for the accuracy of your score. That means you should reject any ITA that comes before you complete the 3 years - that is, assuming that the minimum score for an ITA remains higher than your score for 2 years of experience. If the minimum score drops so that you would qualify anyway with 2 years, you can safely apply.

If you accept the ITA before you actually have completed 3 years, IRCC would recalculate your CRS for 2 years, and if your CRS drops below the threshold for the draw, you would be found ineligible. (It would not be considered misrepresentation, but being refused would not feel good anyway).

It's a terrible flaw in the system...

I just don't understand why they designed the form like that. Had they make the date field DD/MM/YYYY, it wouldn't be a problem at all. I don't believe its a technical challenge. Just stupid form design

so the simple thing is that they recalculate ur score when u apply. so better to wait till 3 years so i dont have an issue when i apply and they recalculate ur score.

thank u all :)

@Arslan: Same thing happened to me on Aug. 1, but my calculations show that my three years will kick in in mid-October. I am wondering how you are calculating the days? Just by making sure you get 1095 days in three years? Any advice appreciated!

yes by calculating that u are employed for 1095 days... including Saturday and sundays ..! for example if u are employed from 1 august 2015 to 1 august 2016 that makes it 365 days ...!
