Hi folks,
I'm facing a problem with my work experience. Wish someone who has been in similar situation could give some advise!
My position needs License from the industry College. I got my license in March 2017 with undertaking, since I didn't purchase the professional liability insurance when I registered. I started to work at a full-time position on April 6, 2017 and obtained the liability insurance right after I started working, but I forgot to notify the College that I obtained the insurance. Until August 2017 I noticed that my practice status was still "not active" in the College website, so I informed the College of the insurance and got the status changed to "Active" (the date of the status changing is August 28, 2017).I tried to convince the College to change the starting date of "active" to the date that I obtained the insurance, but got refused.

My question is:
How should I count my work experience? From the first day I started working (April 6, 2017), or the date I obtained the insurance, or the date my practice status got changed to "Active" (August 28, 2017)?
When I create an EE profile, how should I describe the work experience from last April to August? Since my practice status was "Not Active" during that time, I am not sure if I can use the job title.

Could someone let me know what should I do now? I would really appreciate it!
