Hello,
I have 4 years + continuous work experience in the same organization. However I joined as a customer service associate(NOC C) and worked in that role for 18 month's. On 1st March 2017 is was promoted as a customer service supervisor (NOC B). I will complete 3 years as customer service supervisor by end of Feb 2020. Can I still claim three or more years of experience under NOB B right now or I will have to wait till I complete three years in current role.
