After I got my master's degree, I was employed as a junior scientists in the Netherlands. I had a contract in which it stated I should work 38 hours per week, my position is full-time, and I participate in pension fund. Each month I received my pay slip and paid taxes. My visa was based on skilled-worker. I did not get a student visa.
The duration of my contract was 4 years and at the end of it my research work granted me a PhD degree too.
Can I use this work experience for express entry as a skilled worker (NOC A)?
