Work Experience: 6/25/2006 to 6/20/2008 - 2 years or less than 2 years

Hi All,

I have worked in a particular field in IT from: 6/25/2006 to 6/20/2008 . Will this period qualify as 2 years or less than 2 years.
Although I would like to claim it as 2 years of experience, I do not want to mislead the officials.
please advise?

Well that's difficult to say how CIC Interprets it. But you should be optimistic.

Why are you worried? Is that your only experience?

What about 2008 to 2014?

If your any occupation within last 10 years come under NOC 2011 List, you will get the points for it [keeping in mind, you provide experience letters of all these jobs]

For example your 1 job is NOC 2171[comes under list of 50 occupation list for FSW 2014] and other is 2170 [which is not in the FSW 2014 list] but under NOC 2011, you will get points for it and hopefully you will get 15 not 11 for 2 years experience
