Work contract in Canada ending after receiving ITA

My profile has been selected in the latest draw. But my contract for the current job in Canada ends on 27th October; however, I hold a valid work permit for a longer period. I need to exit Canada by 27th so that I won't be illegaly staying here after my job contract has expired. I am waiting for my police clearance certificate from USA which should arrive by next week. Is it ok if I submit my documents after I receive my PCC? Or will my points be affected as my contract is ending in a few days?
