While we have valid work permit in Canada we can apply for USA visa from Canada, I did it before. What about in case bellow:
I will apply to extend my Canadian work permit 1 month before it expires for 3 more additional months as stated in my contract. My work permit expires 3 months before my contract. I applied for a job in the USA. If I will get the job can I apply for USA work permit in Canada while being in implied status in Canada (meaning waiting for WP extension in Canada).
