I finished my last exam in Dec 2017 and final grade were released arn the end of Dec.
I got the senate letter for completion in Feb.
So I should apply within 90 days after I got the letter? (Some people say it’s after you receive the final grade) but I didn’t know if I actually qualified to grad before the completion letter..
