Withdrawn!?!?

Okay this is really weird. Today I received letter requesting for our medicals. But when I checked ecas, it has two statuses in it. Withdrawn AND In Process! I did not withdraw my application!!! What is this?! Talk about confusing!!!!!

What happens when you click on withdrawn. I wonder if it is am mistake showing older status messages. You should email and let them know.

It says that I withdrew the application last January 13, 2010. A decision has been made and that the london office will contact me.
Have you heard of this happening to anyone before?

But if I click In Process... it says basically the same thing it said before. That they received my application in october 2008 and are processing. I have two statuses and this is really confusing.

you should email them i guess. i haven't heard of it but that doesn't mean anything. Perhaps someone else will reply to this and have positive news.

i checked my status today and its says same thing. i havent withdrawn my application ? it say the file is withdrawn and we will contact you concerning the matter.

still i havent received any thing.

what should i do ? is this system error ? or they reject my file. i got first stage aprroved and sent all full documents to london office on 24 april 2010

Do not worry. In my case it also had shown withdrawn at one stage, though before receiving medicals. Later, it disappeared. I have seen on this forum some people had the same experience.

i have heard that some times such errors have occured in chc nd but not sure about chc london...they do face software issues....so its better to contact them before assuming any thing and keep your spirits high...HARE KRISHNA...

Hi guys,

I applied to CHC London and this ecas status is obviously some kind of error. After I sent them an email asking about it they replied that my application was still under process and they will contact me if required. I already got the visa a few days ago.

So do not panic and do not rely solely on ecas for updates and info. It can be unreliable sometimes.

i got one e mail address but they haven't reply yet. even i haven't got any auto reply e mail. so not sure whether i am sending e mail to right department or not.

Just to give brief description of my case.

Applied in oct 2009 with immigration agent to canada nova Scotia.
Approved the case on Jan 2010 and asking my agent to sent full document to chc london.
I cancelled the representative.
I sent full documents along with form called cancellation of representative to chc london on 24th april 2010.

I havent heard anything from chc london after that. No e mail, no acknowledgement letter by post. I am checking every day e cas online. it still shows my previous agent address and name as immigration agent detail.
I am not sure why this as i sent the form to cancelled the representative and also mentioned in my covering letter. i am assuming that they might sent the letter to my previous agent but i spoke to my previous agent and he hasn't received any communication.

and yesterday as i previously mentioned got the e cas status that my file has been withdrawn. the deception has been made on 22th june 2010. we will contact you concerning this matter.

Now please expert from this forum kindly advised me what to do ???

I pressume that when you checked your e cas you still used the file number you received from Nova Scotia. AT this state you have not received any AOR with file number from London CHC, right?

The withdrawn status just simply means that your file has been withdrawn from Nova Scotia CIO and was transferred to your local visa office which is London.

Hi Mbastudies,
I submitted my full documents in June 2009 in abidjan. I have got 2nd AOR and now the visa officer sent me a short mail that my file is being processed, but my E.case does not change. It is still the same old information from Nova Scotia. My file is being processed and i do not fully understand the meaning. Does it mean i have 67 points or they are still checking my documents? That is where i am confused.
