Withdrawing Profile

Hello All,

I have a basic query here.

Will withdrawing my current profile and resubmitting a new one affect the selection in the draws ? What I need to know is - whether the selection happens on a pure point system or it also has a First-in-first-out concept ? (because if it is, resubmitting means that my invitation will be delayed)
