Withdrawal of application without my consent.

My situation is a little interesting.

I applied for Pr in January 2020 and got a temporary application number in April. The temporary application number was sent to me via e-mail. Recently, my e-mail address was hacked by people in my country, and I think they may have gotten the document with the temporary application number. Do you think people can withdraw my application through CIC using that document? I think a person who has my personal information can easily do this via the cic web forum.

Do you think I need to inform someone about this situation?

There are specific question the Immigration agent will ask you to validate or confirm your identity before they can withdraw your application.

Someone getting your application number isnt enough to pass through the IRCC Validation to withdraw your application.

Moreover. I think you need an official letter of withdrawal duly signed by you with your details before you can withdraw your application.
