They do not record exit but they swipe the immigration card for the CBSA. They can provide the entry exits from and to Canada.
Regarding Non-Routine, my case:
Applied April 2015
Received April 2015
Started processing July 2015
FP requested Oct 2015
Provided Oct 2015
Ever since........ nothing. I called twice the CIC office to find if they received my FP and they did not even take my case number to check. They are refusing to check into anyone's personal case. Very very disappointing. I am sure they have a reason for this delay but hoping that I get the test date soon.
