I would like to withdraw my paper-based PR application that I sent to CIO-Sydney.

1. What is the process I need to follow? Should I raise Case-Specific Enquiry (CSE)? Or should I mail CIO?
2. If it's CSE, IRCC's Web Form lists the application type as "Overseas Permanent Residence - Provincial Nominee". Should I select that even if I'm an inland applicant?

Thanks.

I can answer only question 2. even if you are inland choose option overseas Permanent residence provincial nominee

Thank you. I've raised a CSE with all details. Didn't attach any receipt though.
