So, what is her Visa status, as she have study permit till Dec 2020 and i also have Open work permit till same date.
Now our visa status will be change or remain the same and me and my wife will able to work during this 1year. or we have to go back home country?
Also she can able to change the collage or not?

Your wife cannot work during this time. She can remain in Canada but working will not be possible.

You can continue working.

You should assume your wife will not qualify for a PGWP once she completes her studies.

Her studies need to be continuous (i.e. uninterrupted) to qualify for a PGWP. If she stops attending school for a years, her studies won't be continuous and she won't qualify for a PGWP.

Yes - she can change schools and start a new program so that she can qualify for a PGWP.

Okay Thanks for your quick reply.

If she can take 1year diploma course and after finish diploma, she can start continuous with same collage. Then she qualify for PGWP?

Yes. She will qualify for a PGWP for the length of the program she completed. So she would end up with a 1 year PGWP. She will not get any credit for the MBA studies.

And also university suggest to appeal that decision of academic withdrawal and if they accept appeal she can continue her study after 3 months. Then she qualified for PGWP.

Only if the three months is a scheduled break that all other students in the program have also taken.

It's not whether it is considered as a three month break. It's whether it is a scheduled or unscheduled break.

I don't know any lawyers or agents.
