With COPR can I land in Montreal and Work

I recently got PR for Canada through express entry . I am yet to land in Toronto. Meanwhile I got a job offer in Montreal. Am I eligible to work in Montreal ? Can I land in Montreal. Please advice what needs to be done from end to be eligible to work in Montreal

Unless you are approved by Quebec and have been issued a CSQ etc, do not provide any information that would lead CBSA to the conclusion that you are going there. Do not provide a Quebec address for the PR card to be sent to. They will refuse to land you. Once you have completed the landing process, you can work wherever you like. However, don't lie to CBSA if they ask you a direct question about your intentions.
