5.What career opportunities i can get in Canada if i will join any diploma in social work or any other related areas of social work , and what about the stability of the job will be?
6, how much it costs for Canadian student visa if i do not have an IELTS score?
7.I have read about a lot of colleges which is offering various courses in social work. which is the best course that i can choose according to my eligibility.

1. You cannot reside permanently without taking IELTS. IELTS is mandatory to apply to immigrate and reside permanently. You cannot avoid taking a language test.
2. You need to take a Post Graduate Diploma at a minimum if you want to be approved for a study permit since you already have a Masters. Another Masters or PhD would be even better.
3. You'll need to take IELTS and score at least 6 in each of the four categories (preferably higher). You'll also need at least one year of paid full time work experience before you can apply for PR.
4. You'll need to check the admission requirements of the colleges and programs you wish to attend. Chances are pretty high you'll need to take IELTS.
5. It's really impossible for anyone to comment on that. However a diploma in social work certainly won't guarantee a job in the field.
6. It costs the same.
7. You'll need to spend time researching this.
