Hey, so we're trying to get our parents' Super Visa again since their old one ran out. They did biometrics back in 2016, but those are gonna be 10 years old soon. What do we do now? Do they need new biometrics? And if so, where do we click on the application? There are only two options: 'Have you given your biometrics in the last 10 years? Yes or no.' Help me out; I'm super stressed and don't know what to do!
