Hello!

I submitted my FSW application in January 2007. Now, my wife and I and our two children wish to visit Canada for about three months on a holiday. I'm a bit concerned. Will this prejudice my FSW application as the Canadian authorities may suspect I am up to a sinister motive. What do you all think and advise? I really don't want to do anything at this stage to prejudice my application. Can you assist. Would appreciate, as always your helpful replies.

Where are you from? If you don't need visa for visit Canada, then go ahead. Its not a matter, but if you are from a country where you need visa then getting visitor visa , your chances are too low as yoou FSW is under process which is a dafinite intension of moving to canada. By general, I experienced from members here, it will not efect you fsw in any way, unless they found and miss representation in information submitted.

it won't have any effect on your fsw application if you go to canada as a tourist while it is in process. my friend has a pending application and she just came back from a 4 week holiday in ontario.

Hi,
Do not worry, go ahead but keep obeying law of the land when in Canada. Do not get caught working illegally while in Canada.

Wish you good luck.
