Will this case considered for applying as CEC?

Hi All,

Need expert advice.

An year back , I landed in Canada with a depenedent open work permit. Though I do not have any work experience, I got a job the day when I land. Now I have completed one year of work experience.Will I be eligible to apply PR thru CEC.

Sadly my spouse was not able to clear English proficiency exam. Hence I am trying to apply.. please let me know whether I am eligible...

Please note: I do not have any work experience in my country.. my only work experience is in Canada that too I have it for one year only...

Then as long as you meet the language requirements you'd meet the eligibility criteria under the CEC program.
