Will there be any visa issues for doing MS in Canada as I already did MSc in uk?

My name is Nitin I have done MSc in civil engineering a 1 year course which is not recognized in India now. Due to that I am hoping to do MS in civil Engineering from Canada. Will there be any problem for VISA Processing. Will I get rejected for visa?
