Will there be any restrictions for Gatineau resident finding a job in Ottawa?
I was sponsored by my husband to come to Canada, he is working in Gatineau where we live together. However, I realize finding a job in Gatineau is not easy if I don't speak French. So I am planning to put my focus on the job market in ottawa and will stay in Gatineau. I am wondering if I should get a ID in Ottawa(ask a friend to provide me with a address), will it benefit my job search in Ottawa?

1. Yes you can work in Ottawa, no you don't need to change your ID. There are tons of people residing in Gatineau (lower housing costs) and working in Ottawa.
