Will the Embassy accept my application?

Hi, i live in the UAE, im Indian.
I just finished my IGCSE and i have been accepted into a private high school in Toronto for year 12 (just recieved the acceptance letter last night).
I have finished all the necessary documents, have sufficient amount in the account etc. Im only waiting for my sponsor to come back from Dubai so i can have the custodianship declaration filled out by him. Inshallah he'll be here after Eid, and i will send my application as soon as i get it signed. But im worried that there is not enough time as the school starts on the 4th of september.
What do you guys think?

Just check the timelines of CHC UAE...if it is around one week the u can apply, check with ur school if u can join ur classes late...other wise go for next session...
 
it says 4 weeks on the site.
Yes i'll defenitely check with the school, and if they do agree, do i just add this into my study plan?
 
I will suggest you that you should defer your admission till Jan-13, then there will be two benefits:

1) You will get much time to submit your Visa..
2) You will most probably get your Visa in the first attempt..

Because, CHC people do need some time to review your application and determine the fact that you are admissible in Canada..

So, Dont rush for Sept Intake, Defer your admission and apply for Jan-13..

last year my cousin got rejection ,he was also going after O levels(GCSE).
his every thing was fine but reason for rejection was:
'similar type of course is available in your home country'

I mean to say that going for 12 does not make any sense in eyes of chc.
but u can try.
 
and regarding to you question ,you are too late for sep intake,defer your admission to jan.
