I'm 27 now and I've been working for over 4 years in an MNC right after college. However I recently quit my job and now I'm planning to start my process of doing an mba in canada. Will this have a negative impact on my student visa? If so then what are the steps that I should take in order to have a smooth experience for getting the visa.

No but you have to show how taking a MBA will justify the high costs with career progression/better job. Select a public DLI.
