Will PNP be cancelled and merged with Express entry ???

Hi Friends,

I am currently working in Alberta as i have crossed 6 months. I thought i will apply for employer driven AINP program. When i contacted the consultancy they said AINP program might get cancelled as they have introduced Express Entry. So they suggested me to take english test & apply in express entry.

Is that true guys ?? Kindly let me know your thought
