IRCC doesn't freeze bank accounts.

It's probably smart to transfer money overseas in smaller chunks as you earn it. Although IRCC can't directly freeze your bank account, they can share information with partner agencies which can. You don't want to sit on a pile of cash, especially if you are working under the table.

So your study plan is to work more hours and eventually get deported and take the money and go.
Interesting. IRCC needs to do a better job in approving study permits.
