will my canadian experience only counted for job?

Hi,

Hopefully i will move to Canada in month of August. I have 4 years experience in India and 1 year experience in Canada (Ontario) as a Sr. QA/Software Tester. My total experience will be counted or only canadian experience (1 year) will be counted when i will search a new job in Canada?

As i heard your canadian experience give you benefit to find a job in Canada. But can i apply for a job which requires 5 years of experience or i can apply for a job which needs only one year experience?
