Hi, I am new here. Let me start by giving an overview of my job profiles.
Job A (1 year 6 months) - NOC 2171/NOC 2173
Job B (1 year 4 months) - NOC 2173 for sure
Job C (8months - currentjob) - NOC 2173 for sure

My jobA and jobB together are continuous, i.e there is not even a single day gap between these two jobs (except there was weekend). However difference between my 2nd and 3rd job is one month.

I am in doubt for my job A. I had done 6 months of NOC 2173 job, although it was a training. Then rest of the 1 year was mostly documentation and auditing job i.e NOC 2171.
Now should i get the reference letter based on 2173 or 2171.
Since confirming the NOC is in the employer's hands, if anyhow i get 2171 NOC, will it weaken my profile in the eyes of Ontario. As i am completely losing 1 year 6 months in 2173 NOC. However my primary job still stays the 2173 only.

Now the lesser Important concern --------------
Coming to the point where i mentioned "My jobA and jobB are continuous."
I am saying this because in the beginning when express entry asks for "In the last 10 years how many years of skilled work experience do you have. It must have been continuous, paid and full time and in only one occupation.", if i fill one year, then my profile is ineligible for express entry (But i heard this has to be atleast one year continuous, which i have). But if i fill the option as "two to three years" only then my profile succeeds in eligibility.
If this is the case, then i obviously will have to go for 2173 NOC for my jobA as my jobA+jobB will be continuous 2-3 years, and under same occupation.

This is killing me. I hope somebody will answer this and the question makes sense.
