I am a Canadian citizen and I will bring my wife from Malaysia
Then I will apply for a spouse sponsor Visa
and I will try to apply for an open working permit.

The question for "Will accompany you to Canada Yes or No" in form imm5707
should I say Yes or No?
I will come with her on the same flight, and of course, we will live together
but I am not applying for a visa but her only

What is this form used for? It's not part of the PR sponsorship app, at least i don't think so .

My interpretation/understanding is that the spouse should apply once in Canada.

So if they are still using the form you indicate: then the question is nonsensical with respect to a spousal sposorship case. This often happens if the forms are used for different types of programs (eg where the spouse is not a citizen or PR).

Simple advice: since it's for sponsorship where the sponsor and applicant must live together to be eligible - then yes, spouse will accompany. Answer no and you are implying that your spouse is not eligible.

This is the confusing part. If your spouse is applying for the OWP, that form is for your spouse to fill. And thus that question is for her to answer.
So YES. So her spouse (you, the Canadian) will accompany her to Canada.

I understand. I'm presuming the form isn't really adapted for this case, and so doesn't make sense.

Include a letter of explanatio if you want. But give the answer that's least likely to cause a problem.

Oh I am sorry for confusing by a lack of explanation
Of course, we will live together and will apply for her PR and I am going to be her sponsor
after I got the case number then we will try to apply her open working permit
and form imm5707 has that question, I am not sure that I have to submit this document and I can assume that mark on "Yes" if I have to submit

I'm not sure you need to submit that form, but if you do, mark it yes.
