Will 2 years part time experience count as 1 year full time

Hi all....
Anybody knws abt this that if we have 2 years part time experience then will it count as 1 year full time experience....??
Anybody knws abt such case..???plz rply

work done should be equivalent to 37.5 hours work per week for 1 year. Add the total hours you spent working part-time for the 2-year period it should add up to a 1-year equivalent of 37.5 hr work per week.

Hi forum members,
Would u plz let me know that how CHC would award points for the following experience

feb 2008 - feb 2009 (2282)IT support technician (1 year part time)

mar 2006 - oct 2006 (0213) MIS assisstant (8 months)

I already have 3 year points for full time but bit confuse how to count these ones..
i would appreciate your response guys
