Between 09/2015 and 7/2017, I worked as a research assistant (NOC: 4012) for 1 year and 10 months at a University in southern USA. During this time, I accumulated part-time work experience of 1315 hours while working 14.2 hours a week. There were no breaks in employment. I have pay-stubs to prove this.
Later, in 02/2018, I got a job as a civil engineer (NOC: 2131) and I have been working in that same job since then.
Please tell me if the plan outlined below is feasible....
Am I doing it right? Since I am going to apply under the Federal Skilled Workers Express Entry program, the fact that I was a full time student while I was gaining my part-time experience shouldn't matter (as explained here). Please share your thoughts.
Thanks!

Please tell me if the plan outlined below is feasible....
- My primary NOC will be my current job (NOC: 2131) in which I have 2 years and 5 months of continuous full-time experience.
- Then, to take my experience above the three-year threshold, I will use the 1315 hours of part-time research assistant experience from NOC 4012 (which I think amounts to around 10 months).
- So now, my total work experience will be 2 years and 5 months from NOC 2131, plus, 10 months from NOC 4012, adding up to a total of 3 years and 3 months.
