Hi, my wife uncle (mothers brother, mamu) is in saskatchewan, can i claim points as family relative? i will not accompanying my wife to Canada and will visit alone.

No. Your wife needs to be accompanying in order for you to claim these points.

You can only be sponsored by your spouse. If you are already married and she doesn’t have PR you must be included in her application even if it is as non-accompanying.
