Hi I did apply online to sponsor my wife but its been 11 days now and i have not recieved any replay notice that at the end of my application i had 5 codebars the one you can scan i just created an account .i did not sign my application neather my wife please advice me thanks

Are you asking about a spousal sponsorship application or something else?
It's not possible to apply online to sponsor your wife for PR. The application has to be mailed in.

You will need to follow the Instructions on the cic website file and sign ( both of you sign)all forms and supply supporting documents and photographs and send via the post. Then wait 1_3 months for a reply

Again, no - there is no online application for PR spousal sponsorship. You must submit the application by mail.
