Hi, I want to ask if my wife and child are not accompanying me in PR. Do i have to make passport for them as well as it is asked that copy of biographical data page of a passport is mandatory to provide..Though in my EE I have mentioned that they will not accompany me???

Yes, they need a passport. If they are not accompanying you, they both need to do medical and your wife would need to submit PCC for all countries she has lived in from the age of 18 for more than 6 months. CIC medical panel and Indian PCC need passport.

These requirements look the same as the ones for accompanying spouse and children. If you have high crs points, why don't you just include them in your application?

And you have to show funds for them even if they don't accompany you. It's easier to add them now but many don't due to the fear of CRS points reducing.
