As per my below timeline, I am quite concerned that when I logged on to my profile, it read that Provincial Nominee Program Not Met.

I remember before it read Met, but now it is changed to Not Met. Does anyone know what it means?

Maybe you remembered wrong, because it will only be changed to "met" after you get sent and accept a provincial nomination.
