Why my TRV Refused

My Canada TRV for my family (Me, Wife and my two daughters) was refused recently. I am working as AGM -techincal in good company with good salary in India. I submitted all documents which required for TRV like leave NOC from employer, Employer certificate, Kids school bonafide, My father FDs with consent letter, bank statements,property valuation, health insurance and life insurance documents, invitation letter from my bother-in-law for house warming celebration, Invitee ITR, Bank statements etc.

Few points as per my knoweldge may cause the TRV rejection as below:
1. We have no travel history for any foreign country
2. Only $12000 USD was in our bank
3. I applied for whole family VISA so may be they was not convince
4. My bother-in-law invitation for house warming
5. I have not submit any NOC from my kids school for leave.
6. I have not attached my apartment govt document because that was in regional language. I submitted builder possession letter copy only
7. My father is retired person due to medical condition and he don't have any income but have FDs from his saving
8. I have not attached my Home Loan payment schedule document and interest certificate


Now I would like to reapply for my wife and kids TRV Is any chance of VISA approval/rejection if I reapply again? Please suggest if any reason from above point may cause visa rejection? Do I need any improvement in these 8 points?


Reply from Canada Immigration in email is:

Given economic conditions and purpose of travel, considering your travel history, economic establishment and family ties, I am not satisfied that you would respect the terms of your admission as a temporary resident in Canada.

How long a visit did you apply for?

1. No travel history to countries that require visas will work against you. Until you travel to Australia, USA, Europe, etc, not much you can do about that.
2. You need to show about $1,000 Cdn/ wk, plus airfare to have any sort of chance at a TRV.
3. Probably a big red flag. An entire family with no travel history would likely be seen as potential overstayers or refugee claimants. Better approach would be to apply without the children or on parent stay home.
4. Not a good reason to come to Canada. IRCC finds house warming’s, birthdays, anniversaries, etc as irrelevant reasons.
5. Submit something, or leave the child out.
6. You need to submit as much evidence of you establishment in your home country as possible. And it needs to be translated to English or French.
7. Your fathers finances are irrelevant. They want to see that you can afford the trip.

You need to be sure you include that you have been refused previously. IMO, as a family, your chances of success are low, due to the perception you will overstay, limited funds and ties to your home country.

Thanks for reply. You make my day. Will consider your suggestion when I will apply again.

In my cover letter, I just mentioned for a visit only to attend the house warming ceremony. I did not mention any time period in the cover letter. Can you please suggest should I apply again with a summer vacation reason to visit Canada? I will apply again next year in June 2019 when my kids summer vacation started. I need 2 months TRV for my kids and wife only. I will stay in India. Is this is a valid reason for TRV? How to convenience the IMO with this reason, because I don't want to add any fake reason in the cover letter.

Keep the visit to 2-3 weeks only in the application not 2 months.
