I know this is just a process but got me curious and want to know the logic behind it. The applicants are asked to send 2 photos along with the PP while sending documents post PPR.
One photo with address of the digital studio clicking the photo along with the date of the photo and other finer details on the back. One without any such detail.

One photo is glued with the COPR form (without details on the back) and the other one (with details) is sent back along with the stamped PP and CoPR.

So any particular reason to ask for 2 photos?
Also, are the details listed along with the photo ever verified?

They didn’t send the non-CoPR copy of mine back. I just assumed it would be used for the PR card.

Do they request a new set of photos for PR card or use one of the two provided during PPR?

They use the ones you submit for PPR. So make sure you send the most handsome photos that you got.

Is it a problem if i did write the info on the back of both photos? I didn't notice that it was meant for one photo only

One of the 2 photos I submitted for PPR is attached to my CoPR. So do they use the other photo for PR card?

They didn't ask us for new photo or take any photo during the landing. So the answer for your question is 'Yes'.
