Why Immigration consultants not advise for Quebec

I discussed with lot of Immigration consultants, every time they don't want to speak on Quebec immigration, why?? Due to long process or something else??

I don’t want to discourage anybody but if I have another chance, I will choose another program. I have been struggling in Quebec immigration process for seven long years. Moreover, there is no indication that this could end soon.

Is process too long??

Well, as far as I know, it is too long for the paper applicants like my case and Hanzmolar
for the online applicants, it is faster than ours.
I applied for Quebec since Jul 2011, now at the Federal stage, I am waiting for the Medical ( see my signature for the timeline)
Quebec was my choice, I knew it takes too long but I was never thinking that much longer...
