Why Filling Out Again?! (Accepting ITA)

I just got ITA and accepting the ITA.

After clicking the button, why do i need to fill the same information as express entry? Is this normal or is it just me?

Oh.. just noticed that it asks for more information..

is there a button to accept ITA? I think you either decline or just continue your application. right?

Yes there is decline button or continue application button ..there is not accept button.
