Why are they not giving out results after bvl or at least refusals? It doesn’t make sense to hold refusals. Imagine waiting for such a long time only to get your application refused

Simple.They don't want anyone to travel to Canada at the moment.Why are they not giving out results after bvl or at least refusals? It doesn’t make sense to hold refusals. Imagine waiting for such a long time only to get your application refused
It is due to travel suspension which will be left until the end of July, however there is no approved new that they will be left in that date, hope all things will get better in that time.Why are they not giving out results after bvl or at least refusals?
