Why apply for Provincial Nomination if you have a job offer?

Hi It seems most, if not all skilled worker PN application streams require a job offer. What would be the benefit then of applying for PN if a job offer can suffice to secure an ITA for permanent residency? Tx

The job offer has to be supported with an LMIA or it's worthless.

If you have a job offer supported by LMIA, there is no benefit to PNP.
