Whom or where I can ask?

Sir;
I applying for a temporary resident visa - family status (I am in QATAR and applying through Abu dhabi embassy - UAE), everything was okay and all stages had been passed already. My problem started when I got a request fom embassy to send my original passports for closing case. I sent my passports using courier DHL as a third party service company and embassy received them since 23 days (DHL record). I sent 4 email asking about reception confirmation or when I can get them back but no response or even reply to my emails. I checked with some colleges, they got there passports back after 10 days as a maximum. I know this is strange but What I can do - please advice?

dont worry agawad...your passport will be safe.did you call the abudhabi embassy to check as usually the emails are getting delayed from abudhabi embassy.I am also from qatar

Thanks for you quick reply which makes me feal a little better. I called twice already but since I do not have the extension phone number, I could't reach to any representitive. Are you in the same situation?

Just want to know on what occupation have u applied and how long it took for you to get the work permit.
