Thank you very much for your reply. In case if I do not get anything back from CIC within next 2 months (7 months after medical), what can I do? Seems like some of the fellow friends of the forum requested for GCMS (Global Case Management System). Do you think I should request for that now/after 2 months? Will that help any way to speed up my process?

No definitive answer, dear.
However, the CIC website states:

The visa office will advise the client that processing of the application has been completed and that visa(s) will be issued if the applicant submits the correct RPRF. The visa officer shall not proceed to issue the permanent resident visa(s) until the RPRF fees have been paid. Timing of payment will be left up to the particular office and will vary according to local circumstances.

Medical submitted - April 2014.
RPRF paid - April 2014.

CIC did not inform anything until now, they have sent an email requesting to pay RPRF, which I have already paid 9 months back.

Its been quite long time, I can send them an email with the copy of RPRF payment. Is there any way for this situation so that CIC can be intimated that its been quite long ago I have paid and submitted all the required documents and needed an update on my application.

5 months have already passed after my medical and no update from CIC since then.

Got a reply from CIC about my status. Does it mean my PPR is pending by security check? Application was received in Jan 2014.
