Just Received my GCMS notes over the weekend.

Assessment
Eligibility: In Progress
Security: Not Started
Criminality: In Progress
Medical: Not Started

I think the last update was 2014/11/21.

Now the Notes section:
Additional Nodes: Based on the information provied by the PA, full-time work for the all of 2013 however there is a discrepancy between the salary indicated on the LOE vs the T4/NOA. Review Required.

Now this is because i started with a lower probationary salary but it then increased by the time i got the reference letter. Slightly worried about this, is there anything i need to do from my side? If so, how?

No need to worry. Same comment even I have received. Just send a cover letter with all the paystubs along with the pay raise letter. In the letter explain, what was your salary when 2013 was started and when it was revised. You should be good. Good luck.

I have since changed jobs and unfortunately don't think i have the all the pay stubs for that 1 year period.
Will an updated Reference letter (i.e. the same one i sent with the application) with an additional few lines mentioning to the salary change suffice? Or just a new letter altogether just mentioning the salary raise? Does it have to be from my old employer e.g signed etc?
Also who/where do i send it to?

did anyone know what is the average time for second review? 2-3 months or more?

I thought it will be 2-3 months but in my case, my file was last reviewed on 28 OCT 2014 and they have asked for 2nd review the due date is 15 MAY 2015. you can never say.

Hi All,
Is this a good idea to do upfront medicals before going through the second review? My gcms notes say that The letter of employment I provided did not mention roles and responsibilities though I provided a letter which was sent for my first work permit application from my company which has roles and duties. Now I am sending another letter with roles and responsibilities. As per the time lines it looks like it will take another 2 to 3 months to go through second review.
At this time up front medical is a good idea?

Ok Thanks, i just sent an email to cio-sydney-search-enquiry@cic.gc.ca attaching a letter signed by me stating the changes to my salary during the year. I hope this will be enough!

I think you sent it to the wrong email address..the correct one should be CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca

I used the email they provided in the AOR email. My application was originally sent to Sydney.

If additional documents are required, you will be provided an address to forward required documents. Please inform the Centralized Intake Office by e-mail at CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca of any status changes in your application (birth or adoption of a child, marriage or common-law relationship, new occupation or employer, change of address, change of e-mail address, change of immigration representative, etc).

every application was sent to sydney first then transfer to Ottawa.
