I haven't heard anything about my BOWP application too... Normally ppl get it in 2 weeks or so but i am having bad luck in this case too... Its been 21 days and no reply!

Probably the MR email went to your mailbox spam, double check. See if you can see the IME number mentioned in the GCMS notes? You can also try to call CIC Call center and see if they have any info.

You can otherwise go the CIC Panel physicians with e-medical enabled in your area, they might be able to find you with your passport details. Otherwise you can do the medical and send the Receipt(with UMI number I think) the clinic gives you to CIC.

Thank you for the advice. I checked them all, and I am sure I did not receive MR. I cannot find IME number on the notes. Also, the only outgoing correspondence I can see on the notes is the AOR. I guess that they haven't sent me MR. I will go for the upfront medical, but the thing is that there is no second review recommended or anything appears to cause the MR delay. The waiting and not knowing is killing me.

Go for upfront medicals. For sure the clinic will have your IME number. All the best

Yep. If an MR really was issued to you and you somehow missed it, an e-medical enabled clinic will be able to find your IME in the e-medical system. Technically your medical is not even upfront if they can locate your IME.

While I had a phone call with immigration staff in the office,
she says 80% of applicants receive result in their 13 months
so, you don't worry about it.
She sent me a consent form to access my file.

Guys, next month my PCC, which I submitted with the application, will be 1 year old. Do you think CIC will ask for another PCC? Should I start collecting it again?

You dont have to order another, unless they ask for it. They use "Locked in date" - the date your application was received and everything is from that date reference. So for example if your application was received on Jan 31 then your PCC should be later than Oct 31.

MP's office updated me in only 2 hours!!!!

I ordered GCMS just few days ago.
However, I have to wait 30 days.

Actually, last summer my MP visited me while he visit door to door in my town for election.
He left his contact and said 'When you need help call my office, please'.
So, yesterday I contacted MP's office and signed for consent form and
they came back to me in 2 hours.
One of my friend who recently got PR said if the applicant live in Canada then MP's office could do that.

However, MP's office says,,,
,,,they (CIC) are conducting background checks at present.
There is a bring forward date for them to review the file of December 26.
They do not always look at the file on the exact date, so
they tell us to wait 30 days from that date before following up.

Then it sounds like I might get something like MR in Jan, or Feb.

I'm surprised so quick answer through MP's office.
I'm sure when I get Citizenship I'll vote for him.^^.
I wish it helps you guy.
