who should I address the permanent resident fee to?

I just got a letter from CPC and it said my application has been complete. The letter let me to prepare a money order of $490 to submit to the local immigration centre. I am wondering who should I address the permanent resident fee to? the CPC or the local immigration centre?

Read the web site for the office where you are submitting the application. The information is there. Probably Receiver General for Canada.
