at the end of the list its written that all other applicants who's occupation is not on the list, will b refunded. it means all others are refused
i think the list consists of 80% lower category jobs and for higher management and occupations there's no space so that only canadians can have these jobs. they're not gonna invite individuals with high calaber.

Sonea ,We need to be patient, things are as yet blurt. Now a vote of no confidence is on the liberals cards. Lets see who wins the power and what immigration policies would be adopted by the incoming government.

Immigration will be one of the last things on any Gov't collation mind (other than Olivia Chow NDP) I think that with the looming state of the economy, and how much they will have to give to Quebec to keep the Bloc"s support, they probably won't tinker with Immigration. But maybe not, the NDP don't seem to be the brightest bulbs in the box. Google Olivia Chow in the newspapers and Hansard and read some of her statement on Immigration.ghiaskhan said:
