When people apply for PR though the inland process, it is taking up to a year or longer and this means that they are living in Canada during that time.
After they get approval, are they considered a 'settler' for the purpose of bringing over their cars/belongings?
I am confused because the B4 form wants the day of arrival in Canada - is this the day of PR or the day one came to Canada before applying to become a PR.
I'm not clear on the returning Canadian status vs settler. Thank you.
