Hello,
I am in Italian citizen being sponsored by my Canadian wife for PR. I am going through the form and I have a question. In Italy I am an only child, never been married before and without children. For the Italian law my family is then composed here by me, my mother and my father. Now the question is, do I have to provide their birth certificates and stuff as familiy members/dependants for Canadian immigration if I have no intention of bringing them with me?
Thanks
