Who Can I Call About Working Holiday Visa?

While the Working Holiday visa is still in process to get an invite, can I get a student visa and attend school for 6 months program while its in process? Is there a phone number to contact someone to ask if it won’t get affected in a negative way?(Working holiday invitation)
